How can I schedule an assessment?
You can request an appointment through the contact form, WhatsApp or phone if available on the site. The team will confirm availability and let you know what documentation or information may be helpful for the consultation.
What preparation is required before a procedure?
Preparation instructions are provided individually after the assessment and once a plan is defined. They may include tests, medication adjustments or other measures depending on your health and the contemplated procedure.
What is the recovery period like?
Recovery varies according to the procedure, anatomy and each patient’s individual response. During consultation, indicative timelines and general care are explained, along with signs that warrant contacting the medical team.
Is follow-up included after the procedure?
Yes. Follow-up is part of the process and aims to support your postoperative evolution, answer questions and review progress according to the agreed plan. Frequency and duration depend on each case.
Do you see patients who travel from other cities or abroad?
In many cases it is possible to coordinate an in-person or initial virtual assessment and plan the procedure with advance notice. Logistical details — accommodation, length of stay and follow-up visits — are reviewed individually according to availability and the defined plan.
How much does a procedure cost?
Cost is determined during the assessment, according to the procedure, case complexity and items included in the plan (operating room, anesthesia, follow-up, etc.). We do not publish fixed fees on the site because each plan is personalized.
Are results the same for everyone?
No. Results depend on anatomy, general health, the type of procedure and adherence to postoperative instructions. The assessment aims to align expectations with what is reasonably achievable in your case.
